Imokilly 100 Year Anniversary 1924 - 2024

This centenary celebration took place in Cobh Pavilion on Saturday 13th April 2024.

The very first meeting took place in Cobh and the occasion will be marked with a special mass for deceased members at St Colman's Cathedral celebrated by Bishop William Crean. 

Cobh GAA & Imokilly GAA  unveiled a plaque in memory of the first Imokilly Chairman Ben Purcell.

Ben Purcell went on to become Cobh's 2nd Club President after Denis ó Connell.

All East Cork clubs will visit and present their jerseys for display in the Pavilion.
